Who Can Apply​

At Scholars Rosary Preparatory School, we invite applications from Pre-Nursery to Grade 3. Children must meet the minimum age criteria for their respective grades as per CBSE guidelines.

Admissions are open to all eligible students and are granted subject to seat availability. To ensure smooth processing, parents are encouraged to begin the admission process at the earliest.

How to Apply

  • Enquiry Form – Start by filling out the enquiry form at the school reception.
  • Digital Entry – Your child’s basic details will be recorded in our digital system.
  • School Tour & Orientation – Take a guided campus tour, explore learning spaces, and meet teachers to understand our curriculum and environment.
  • Registration – Complete the official Registration (Application) Form.
  • Entrance Assessment – From KG 1 onwards, children take a short age-appropriate assessment. Results are shared the same day.
  • Admission & Documentation – Once the assessment is cleared, submit the Admission Form with all required documents to confirm your child’s seat.

  • Birth Certificate (original and copy)
  • Aadhaar Card of the student and parents
  • Transfer Certificate (for students transferring from another school)
  • Previous Academic Records (latest report card, if applicable)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Two recent passport-size photographs of the student
  • Family ID or Proof of Residence
